This is a meta issue to track the changes we want to include in the v4 release.

[x] Flexbox grid (bbc/gel-grid v2.0.0]
[x] CSS-only faux block link (#58)
[x] Fix for clearfix in flexbox grids (#51)
[ ] Include normalize.css in Grandstand (for discussion)
[x] Updating bullet to show items on core
[ ] Updating responsive-image
[ ] Remove rarely-used objects (suggestions: gs-o-list-ui and gs-o-flag)
[ ] Smaller class names to reduce payload (e.g. gs-u-display-none -> gs-u-dn)
