As experienced in Simorgh, enabling signed commits will break the deployment of storybook in gh-pages. We need to make similar changes we performed in Simorgh to prevent that storybook breaks in the future.

Delete the current storybook deploying github action and update gh-page such that redirects to the chromatic deployment of the latest branch
