Resolves JIRA [WSTEAM1-1057]

Overall changes

UX changes following UX review during A11y Swarm

Code changes

Spacing

Reduce left/ right padding for less than 239px breakpoint to 8px
Reduce spacing underneath submit button by removing styles from button and applying only via mainContent container

Type

Update H1 to use Trafalgar
Update H2 to use DoublePica
Update policy text to use LongPrimer
