Add olympics to Serbian nav bar #11794

Overall changes

Adds Paris 2024 topic links to the navgation bar of Serbian Cyrillic and Latin

Code changes

Edited Navigation section of src/app/lib/config/services/serbian.ts to add Paris 2024 topic link in second position
Updated snapshots (NOTE: none of the snapshots updated seem to be directely linked to the changes in the Serbian config)

Testing

Open Serbian front page second link in the nav should be Paris 2024/Париз 2024 and open the Paris 2024 topic
