Resolves JIRA WSTEAM1-1227

Overall changes

Render meta tags in the AV embeds page.

Code changes

Add AvEmbedsMetadata component to encapsulate the requisite meta tags.
Update handleAvRoute to incorporate additional values required by meta tags.
Add buildAvEmbedURL utility to generate an AV embed URLs.
