update nextjs live page example #12169

Overall changes

updates example of a live page in our ws-nextjs-app readme docs: http://localhost:7081/pidgin/live/c7p765ynk9qt. the current example no longer works and returns a 500 error.

Testing

  1. run ws-nextjs-app
  2. go to http://localhost:7081/pidgin/live/c7p765ynk9qt
  3. see that this live page example is available
