Feature Request: allow user to specify which directory to tar up in SOURCES #44

Allow the user to specify which directory speculate should tar up, rather than it always tarring the current directory (this could be the default if the user hasn't specified anything else).

Currently available in 2.0.0-alpha.1, will make it into the full 2.0.0 release.
