Add disable sentinels option #509

Why would the sentinels need disabling? Does this not raise inconsistencies between these 2 implementations (HTML5 and CEHTML) and the others (samsung_*)?

We are experiencing an issue on the Live UHD World Cup streams on a particular device. This is a problem with the device, and we'd normally push this back to the manufacturer rather than work around it. But because this device gives us a big chunk of Live UHD reach we are making an exception. We wouldn't normally want to disable sentinels, and will only be doing this for Live UHD on affected devices. Come see me if you're interested in more detail.

Samsung is already inconsistent in that it doesn't have sentinels.
