For example, gn:locatedIn and geo:isPartOf: the data should be provided in the cached quads such that Quilt can state that the entry for St Mawes is in Cornwall, which is in England

The relationships are present and correct, but the accompanying browse metadata to support user interfaces is absent.

The pre-composed quads should include browse data about any referenced entities, in particular proxies, that we reference from the entity being updated.

This should also incorporate #35

It's unclear whether this should be implemented in Twine (when generating the quads) or Quilt (when emitting the data). Arguably it would make more sense to implement it in Quilt.
