The baked query-parameter to force returning media which is available to anybody (for example, public domain and Creative Commons-licensed works, or non-redistributable works which are available to the general public) is for=all.
The /audiences endpoint incorrectly describes this both to humans and machines, by stating:
The actual query endpoint is /everything (not currently true)
The fragment is #any, when for consistency it should be #all
