Considering https://github.com/bbcarchdev/anansi/commit/f5a5006df257f01d9f36d87d7f728056259a0483 shall we still add something to twinecli for this bug ?

I'm thinking of adding something to strip the fragment out in https://github.com/bbcarchdev/twine/blob/develop/plug-ins/rdf/rdf.c#L113
