Add an 'S3' postprocessor which writes quads to a bucket #15

Note that this requires some mechanism for a processor to specify the target URI/UUID, or for it to be inferred in a consistent way.

This can operate in a similar sort of fashion to the dump-nquads processor, except that the quads would be written to a bucket instead of stderr.
