Standardise language names #398

Match other Foundation projects. Avoid using translations of language names as they're not needed to make a choice of language.

LGTM 👍 Does this need to be looped back into crowdin?

I'm not sure we're expecting further translations of this version. I'll follow up on this separately from the PR.
