Incomplete Documentation: Flashing Firmware: Preparing firmware and a Python program #707

The section on "Prepariing firmware and a Python program" in /docs/devguide/flashfirmware.rst consists of:

    Preparing firmware and a Python program
    ---------------------------------------

    tools/makecombined
     
    hexlify

which seems woefully incomplete.
