There is no access to the Vine API yet.

Hey, I know where you can find some stuff to help with this! There is a reverse engineered API written in both Python and JS.

Not sure how much those will help but they seem to be pretty well made.

We tried them, but we still needed to reverse engineer the AWS credentials.
