Title of page: error & short link: error #103

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.click title link
2.
3. create a short url

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Click title and should return to home page ie: xxxxxx.com but instead it 
links to xxxxxx.com/xxxxxx.com

2. If you generate a short url the url that's given when clicked(the link in 
blue) gives the same result as the other problem. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Phurl 2.4.2

In config.php, the URL of your site needs to be http://example.com

If it is http://example.com/ or example.com, it will not work.

We'll make this less buggy in version 3.
