update nodejs to 18
add workflow to build and push (to github registry) Image

only tested with Discord authentication

You might want to include a docker-compose file. There you can use the current config.php while mounting it as a volumne.

Hi, unfortunately I don't know what you mean by that. There is already an example for a docker-compose file. We could adjust this and have it point to ghcr.io., after the the PR is accepted.
