Very small step missing. #22

pipenv isn't something I use everyday, then again git is something i use... this keeps people in the project setup without having to look it up

I'd just slap this down and do it yourself to find consistency in the style.

Did you find a bug where you can only run this if you're in the correct environment?

This portion of the README is meant for those who would like to actually use this for its alarm and not those looking to contribute so let me know if this is the case.
