Partition script files

The current partition scheme is as follows:

• TSV of ts src dst flag script
• At timestamp, convert one way connection to "up" or "down" depending on flag.
• If message is sent on connection when it is "down" the message is simply dropped.

We need to do the following:

• [x] log up and down connections
• [x] bidirectional link breakage?
• [x] generate partitions script
