Rename Project #75

Rename project so that it has a more research-oriented title.

I actually quite like Flow, so was thinking of renaming the simulation to something flow-related like current or tide; I'll think about it more.

Nutate relates to a type of flow measurement device that is commonly found in residential water meters.
