Proxy settings are not used #13

Hi, first of all thanks for the great extension! I found a small but annoying issue, the shell you open for vagrant, does not have my proxy settings, so vagrant fails to download images. I'm pretty new to windows, so I don't really know how to fix this. thanks in advance!
