Is there any way to translate 魔王城Re:ビルド!into Chinese? #231

Hello, i'm a chinese user. This's a very nice translator i ever use. Thank you for the work!

But when i translate the unity game "魔王城Re:ビルド!" into chinese, some text is displayed as "□". Then i used the font sdf_u2018 and the text was the same.

The game unity version is 2017.3.1, TextMeshPro version is the same.

Is there any way to make the displayed text right? I need your help

As I'm sure you know, the font will likely need to be built against the correct version of both game and TMP.

The fonts available in this release are not of the right version.

I'd point you to this guide, but that is primarily for 2018+.

Fact of the matter is that below unity version 2018, things get more hairy because TMP is not an integrated part of Unity itself, meaning it is much more difficult to obtain the correct version of TMP.

There is not really much I can do to help other than this.

It may be preferable to use FallbackFontTextMeshPro instead of OverrideFontTextMeshPro, which is available in the v5.0.0.

This should produce more predictable results.
