disable spam protection for custom translator

can I config the delay of spam protection?

I write a simple server to do zh-CN to zh-TW , since it's a directory mapping(sort of) so it's very fast , the full http request to local server is below 10ms and can processed multiple thread,

so I really hope it can spam my own local server.
