No Warning is generated when conf_file final path does not exist. #187

When user sets a configuration file and expects the values to be deployed but has an error in the file name, then the parameters are not used (default are used) but no warning is generated. This can take much time to catch..

Should just written a warning, i.e., "Please note that no configuration file is given, using default parameters"
