CPU 100% #199

We have 100% CPU even when server suppose to wait and not do anything.. it means that there are thread of several threads which perform some unnecessary things

This issue is checked and resolved. !00% was sue to heavy feature: process vars monitoring. Now, the feature is much lighter.
