Datasets

• We may need a new sub-folder below Datasets, named Datasets BBGLab summary or something like that.
• We may need to reorganise the sub-folders (external and internal datasets are needed anymore?)

Creation of a BBG datasets spreadsheet

• Martina, Paula and I have created a google spreadsheet containing all the info regarding external and internal genomic datasets that we use in the lab.
• The spreadsheet is still preliminar (we will be collecting feedback).
• The idea is to add a new section here to link this spreadsheet, so everyone has access to all the datasets that are available in the lab in a very easy and fast way.

I have created 2 forms for including new datasets. This for external datasets This for internal datasets

The submitted new dataset will be added as a new row in the spreadsheet. The new row will be revised by Martina, me or Paula and added to the main list.
