BBGlab best practices on data organization

Add the Best practices on how to organize data in projects in the cluster and google drive with recommendations on file naming and contact compilation to be able to set up the BBGLab exit protocol.

Add disclaimer and fix Project Compilation format.

Note that links to google sheets are missing (intended to do when it is not visible to people outside the BBGLab) @FerriolCalvet. Only linked the BBGlab exit protocol.
