IntOGen Plus | Check what it is necessary in `extra/` folder #26

The extra folder is used for generating data needed for the web. Check if it is worth to have it in theweb directly rather than in the pipeline.

The intOGen extra folder is unnecessary for the pipeline. It is instead crucial for the website since it contains the script to build the preprocessed table that will be used in the database in Intogen.org.

This is why I think it should be placed in the intogen-web repo rather than in the pipeline one.

the extra folder will be added in Intogen-web on bitbucket
