IntOGen Plus | Rebuild core container #33

When running the pipeline in nf the Drivers-summary step is failing. This is probably due to the fact that it is expecting the output as unfiltered_drivers.tsv but the core container is outputing as unfiltered_drivers_fix.tsv.

The reason why there was this issue in the container is because when fixing this issue: https://github.com/bbglab/intogen-plus/commit/8e6c3b4142e0a3799516fbcec2e82d19f43ba893 I ran the container by itself and not in the pipeline and the _fix stayed with it.

Before the release 2024 we need to rebuild the container accordingly.
