WorkspaceLeft - on changed value #641

Hey there Brian,

Today I used the option:

Preferences -> TaskBar -> TaskBarWorkspaceLeft

and similar options. The workspace widget was removed, so the functionality works fine I think.

But there was one thing that confused me: when I changed it and did "Save Modifications", the workspace was still showing. Then I did open some other application or something and suddenly the workspace was gone and I kind of was in a "new" empty zone. Not sure how I got it back, but now I see all my programs again just fine.

So just a partial screenshot of this current status quo:

Normally between the first widget shown there "Ko for the KDE Konsole" there are the four workspaces.

Would it be possible to instantly apply the change, either when the user changes it, or when the user clicks on "Save Modification"? In my case it oddly enough seems to have changed when I was doing something else, which confused me a bit. I believe the on-change effect was applied the moment I changed it, or the moment I clicked "Save Modifications", but when I did nothing instantly changed. It seemed to change at a later time. If it would instead instantly change, I think it could avoid a bit of confusion on the user part, and they could experiment with the changes to see the effects as-is. (Actually I just noticed that the workspace is now on the very right side, which is a bit confusing. I thought I could disable it completely hmmm ....)
