Updating Ice-wm start button #648

Introduce two new variants of the start button, using the proposed new icon imagery, giving visual consistency to the environment.

It provides 2 version, one in form of rectangular button icewm.svg and other as a circular button icewm-button.svg. Current start button is renamed to start-orig.xpm. Creating a symbolic link named icewm.xpm to either svg file renders a correct button for the WM taskbar; without needing further loosy conversions.

This commit proposes using the button configuration as a new default. This does not alter the behavior of themes that set their own button pixmap, but selects the default button pixmap to any theme not specifying one.

Thanks for your ideas and implementation! However, the previous one still looks better.
