Feature request: add option to hide the sysmenu titlebar button when there's no icon provided #656

It would be nice if there was a theme option to auto hide the sysmenu titlebar button when there's no icon provided by the application/program.

It's for people who makes themes if they prefer hiding the button instead of having the default app or "x" icon.
