IconPath can not handle '~' or '$HOME' #766

I have found that IconPath can not handle "~" or '$HOME', suggest support them.

This was implemented in commit c55f3a34c437dc537d3480e0a450d31c985d5eb8. If you like, you can test it to see if it is what you are hoping for.
