Amazon Authorization "We're sorry! An error occurred" for past 2 days #102

The authorization using the proxy method had been working for a couple of weeks but disconnected yesterday with error: "We're sorry! An error occurred when we tried to process your request. Rest assured, we're already working on the problem and expect to resolve it shortly."

I've tried several times since and no dice. Is it only me? Is there a fix I can try?
