High frequency of requests to layla.amazon.de #17

Hello! First of all, thank you for your great work!!! I love it and it makes my life easier.. :-D

To my issue: I am observing a high frequency of requests to layla.amazon.de out of my network. I am using pihole and on the dashboard I can see, that there are more than 1.2 millions requests within 24h. Sometimes the frequency is lower but then it rises again. Do you have any idea why there are so many requests? Thanks!

Not really. Are you absolutely sure it's coming from node-red and applestrudel (e.g. stop node-red and see if the hits are still increasing, then disable applestrudel nodes and see if hits are still increasing).

Anything suspicious in node-red log files?

Hello, I tried a few days and I can definitely say, that the massive traffic is caused by the alexa node. But I have to do more testing which takes some time. I will inform you asap.. Thanks!
