stop a skill run with node 'Alexa Routine skill'

Hi everyone, i asking if it's possible stop a skill run with node Alexa Routine with Alexa Routine Stop or Alexa routine custom. For example if i said "Alexa buy a pizza" i want, with on device activity write on debug console the speech to text, but i I do not want the Alexa response and the the execution of skill buy a pizza. Thanks you for any response.
