Split the "simple part" from #251 as a separate PR.

Update links in the documentation.
Update output samples for bblfshd.
Mention that BIPs are discontinued and link to all accepted design docs.
Mention the -drivers image. Fixes https://github.com/bblfsh/documentation/issues/237.
