latest points to old tag #26

According to https://hub.docker.com/r/bblfsh/go-driver/tags/ latest was tagged 5 months ago, while v2.1.0 was tagged a couple of weeks ago only.

It's intentional. We haven't released v2 drivers yet because libuast does not support it (client-go is the only client that does). Will track it here.
