Update the wiki page Running Experiments to reflect the required protocol for getting reimbursed through the Wharton Behavioral Lab (Ben will send Afras this information via email). Then draft a reimbursement request, consistent with that protocol, for the lotteries experiments conducted during May and June.

@afras-sial the wiki page looks great. I made a couple clarifying edits, please glance at them. I’m closing this issue, and we can handle any remaining refinements to the reimbursement request via email.
