@bbockelm I am adding xrdcl-authz-plugin to conda-forge, because it will significantly simplify coffea-casa and coffea-casa-analysis Docker image recipe.

Hm - I'm not sure this is quite ready for conda-forge: probably too soon.

That said, you've got a pretty complex setup in the container: you shouldn't need to check out the sources, for example.
