If we assume r>0, then something seems wrong with question 5. We have the trace > 0, given that all parameters are positive, so then for any value of e, g, or h there is a positive eigenvalue and thus the system is unstable.

Is the part in the opening blurb about the handling time being 1/h correct? I'm working on the extra credit question and it seems to make sense if the handling time is h, but not 1/h.

@lonsdaa: yes, handling time is h, not 1/h.
