Alternate INSTALL_DIR does not work after install #20

When specifying an alternative INSTALL_DIR, the install script works as expected and installs everything in that directory, but ScummVM will not run afterwards. The install dir in the scummvm sh scripts still points to a hardcoded fat directory. I tried to change this but still had errors stopping it from running. Everything works fine is INSTALL_DIR is kept to default. Will investigate more later and see if I can get it running in an alternate directory properly

Unfortunately, you still have to edit the ScummVM_X_X_X.sh script's SCUMMVM_HOME_DIR variable manually if install into an alternate location.
