[edge] Fix rails version in gemspec #324

Before proceed more, I suggest rename as: master -> rails4.1 and edge -> rails4.2, then create "master2" to bump gems and reach to rails5 in the future.

Is anyone going to approve this? I am having trouble launching the bundler in rails 5... It seems like this may fix it?
