when i extract it, it says it can't complete the folders extraction wizard

When I try to to extract it, it shows the following error message:

"Cannot Complete the Compressed (zipped) Folders Extraction Wizard"

"The compressed (zipped) folder is empty."

"Before you can extract files, you must copy files to this compressed (zipped) folder."

I don't know what it means, and I don't know how to fix it. Can someone plz help?

use 7zip. the normal extractor always does that

or winrar, both work

tried winrar and it aint workin'
