Progress on Data Section #87

Left a few comments in this section like the following:

  1. Do we need to include Gaussian simulated dataset at all, since this is a synthetic dataset and our real results are on UCLA and FBIRN anyways (latter 2 are also far higher in accuracy).

  2. Added a new sub-section that describes data pre-processing pipeline. Unfortunately, I didn't deal with this part of the pipeline so someone else might want to fill in the details here.
