Create legend

Working on this. Currently, clicking the apply button on scatterplottypewidget saves the settings, but does not update the plot.

The legend is always in the top right location, even though it should be able to be moved...

Fixed the problems above, and the legend now displays and updates correctly. Need to add more options to it, though.

Committed basic legend functionality. Need to reorganize the ui, and add fonts.

Added fonts for both title and traces.
