The default location for tick labels on thes econdary axis are in a bad position and overlap the axis.
This has to do with the horizontal and vertical alignment in the font. One solution is to have separate font dialogs for each label, or to change the values in the code, so that a left align on the left axis corresponds to a right align on the right axis.
27 relates to this. To really get this correct, we need to use an axis artist. See #27 for why this needs to be postponed, and so for the time being, labels cannot go on the secondary axis.
