Starting new project cleanup #30

Need to reset CreateTableDialog

When creating a new project, the application is now much more clean. All modules are unloaded/loaded, which resets them, but is also fairly expensive. Maybe later I'll come up with a better way to reset all their fields without reloading them, but this is simple.
