File sharing doesn't work #34

Need to configure windows file sharing between 3 lab & 1 office computers.

No C: share on gandalf-white
No C: share on gandalf-grey
No write permissions on sauruman
???? on office computer

Wouldn't it be nice if we just mapped network drives?

I *am* mapping network drives. The problem is that when I e.g. try to copy 
something
from the computer-by-big-magnet onto the mapped network drive of the main 
computer,
it gives me a "disk is possibly write protected" error.
