Microwave: transient issues #50

Some non-repeatable issues with the four microwave subprograms:
  *Error messages on start - tons of error messages; can't continue past them
  * Not setting microwave
  *"PG is on" read button grayed out
  *Not detecting FG turned on
  * not detecting FG or PG
  *Read to control brings up HP8110A error messages Query Value of Period
  *MW chop doesn't read in on/off status when first run

If the four MW programs seem pretty reliable, then close this bug.
